Agentical is an AI-powered automation platform that enables users to deploy intelligent agents for analyzing on-chain activity and executing automated trading workflows on the Solana blockchain. Agentical does not custody user funds and does not provide financial services or investment advice. Platform features and services may change or be discontinued as the system evolves.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated information.

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and technology used in Agentical remain our property. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

5. Data Ownership

Your organization retains ownership of crypto and operational data uploaded to Agentical. We process this data solely to deliver services.

6. Fees & Costs

• Agentical does not charge subscription or access fees.

• A transparent 1.5% fee applies only to executed on-chain trades.

• All fees are shown prior to execution and are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agentical is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
